This page is maintained by Solace Tarot Guide so you can request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — once your data is removed, we can't recover your readings, journal entries, or history.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- Saved readings and shared links
- Journal entries, moods, and tags
- Reflection companion conversations
- Deck preferences and settings
What we may retain
Limited billing and transaction records may be retained by our payment processor to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may also remain.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll process your request as soon as we can — typically within 7 days.
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Plus or Premium plan, please cancel your subscription before requesting deletion so billing stops cleanly. You can manage your plan from Billing.
Prefer to export first?
You can request a copy of your readings and journal entries before deletion. Mention "data export" in your email and we'll send you your saved content.
