Delete your account
Effective November 21, 2025
You can permanently delete your Solace Tarot Guide account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal information, saved readings, journal entries, and AI messages.
If you would like your account deleted, email us at support.solaceapp@gmail.com. We will complete your deletion request within 72 hours.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information
- Saved readings
- Journal entries
- AI messages
- Subscription status
- App data associated with your account
What we may retain
- Billing records for financial compliance
- Security logs to maintain platform integrity
These records are not used for marketing, personalization, or app features.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support.solaceapp@gmail.com
- Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Provide the email associated with your Solace account
- We will confirm deletion within 72 hours

Data export (optional)
Before deleting your account, you may request a copy of your data. We can provide your saved readings and journal entries in a portable format. Mention "data export" in your deletion request email.
In-app deletion options
You may also delete individual items directly inside the app:
- Delete readings
- Delete journal entries
These actions do not delete your full account.
