Solace provides tarot readings, daily cards, multi-card spreads, journaling features, and AI-powered reflection tools. Solace is for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Solace. By using Solace, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Ensuring your account information is accurate
• All activity that occurs under your account

Solace offers optional paid subscriptions (Plus and Premium) that unlock additional features. The Basic plan is free.

Billing & Payments

• Paid web subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
• Charges occur only after you actively select a paid plan and complete checkout.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to the terms presented during checkout.
• Solace does not store card numbers or billing addresses.

Free Plan and Trials

Solace does not currently offer a free trial of Plus or Premium. The free experience is the Basic plan: one card a day with limited journaling and Ask Solace previews, with no payment method required and no time limit. Plus and Premium are paid subscriptions that begin billing immediately when you complete checkout, and renew until cancelled.

Solace includes AI-generated interpretations and companion responses.

By using these features, you agree that:

• Your prompts may be sent to our AI providers
• AI responses may contain inaccuracies
• AI content is for reflection and entertainment only
• AI messages may be stored with your account so they appear in your reading history

AI is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You may save readings, journal entries, reflections, and notes.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Solace a limited license to:

• Store it
• Display it within your account
• Process it to provide app features

You may delete your content at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use Solace for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with app functionality
• Submit harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• Reverse-engineer or copy the app’s code or design

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

All Solace content—including UI design, card interpretations, branding, and AI-generated companion text—is owned by Solace or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Solace content without permission.

Solace provides tarot readings and reflective tools for entertainment and personal insight only.

Solace does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental-health counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial guidance

Always consult qualified professionals for serious decisions.

You may stop using Solace at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the service
• Required by law or security concerns

Upon termination, access to your content may be removed.

You may request full account deletion by emailing support.solaceapp@gmail.com.

Deletion includes:

• Account information
• Saved readings
• Journal entries
• AI messages
• Associated metadata

Some financial or security records may be retained if required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Solace is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI responses or tarot interpretations

Your use of Solace is at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
