• Account information you provide, such as your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
• Readings and journal entries you choose to save inside Solace, including any reflections, mood or theme tags, and notes attached to them.
• Subscription and billing information needed to manage your plan. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are collected and stored by Stripe, our payments processor — not by Solace.
• Basic usage analytics such as pages visited, feature interactions, and device or browser information, used to improve the experience.
• Communications you send us (for example, support emails).

• Deliver daily draws, spreads, and interpretations.
• Save your reading history and journal entries so you can return to them.
• Personalize your reflection companion and greetings.
• Process subscription payments, trials, and renewals.
• Send transactional emails (trial reminders, receipts, password resets, important account notices).
• Monitor and improve reliability, security, and product quality.

Solace relies on a small number of trusted providers to run the app. Each processes only what it needs to perform its role:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Email delivery provider — sends transactional emails from our notification domain.
• AI providers — generate card interpretations and reflection-companion responses from the prompts you submit.

We use cookies and similar local-storage mechanisms to keep you signed in, remember your language and deck preferences, and collect basic anonymous usage analytics. You can clear these at any time through your browser or device settings.

We retain your account, readings, and journal entries for as long as your account is active so you can return to them. If you'd like a copy of your data or want your account and content deleted, email us at support.solaceapp@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

• Access, correct, or update your profile from your account settings.
• Delete individual readings and journal entries from within the app.
• Cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page.
• Request export or full deletion of your data by contacting us.

Solace is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated inside the app or by email.
